For faster processing, we recommend filing your dispute using our Google Form. Please provide all required information to help us resolve your issue promptly.
Option 2: File a Dispute via Email
If you prefer, you can also file a dispute by sending an email to our support team. Please include the following details in your email:
- Your Email: The email address associated with your account.
- Date of Incident: The date when the incident occurred.
- Dispute Reason: The reason for your dispute (e.g., service not provided, inappropriate behavior, fraudulent activity).
- Description of the Dispute: A detailed description of your dispute.
- Content URL (if applicable): Provide the URL if the dispute involves specific content.
- Upload Evidence: Attach any relevant evidence to support your dispute (maximum 10 files, 10 MB each).
- Additional Comments: Any other comments you wish to add.
